Looking to sublease one of the rooms of our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment at The Cloisters for this upcoming Spring semester.

The apartment/condo is fully furnished with a TV, kitchen, laundry, wifi, parking, a fully equipped gym and a pool!! Its only a 5-10 minute walk to campus. Super convenient location with or without a car.

Rent is $2000/month. Available from January. Optional parking add on for $90/month.

My roommate is staying at the apartment, she is a senior studying Finance at UM as well! She is from Brazil and very friendly and tidy!!
