- rent does not include utilities (wifi + electricity, usually another 100 per month but obviously depends on usage)
- can be a little flexible on dates, but would prefer to give the room to someone who can stay as long as possible from dec 17th to may 29/30th!
- I can leave some essentials for you as well (some cleaning supplies, hand soap refill, tide pods, lots of hangers, laundry bag, hand vacuum, humidifier, diffuser, toolkit, etc.)
- layout makes it so that theres walking space in the room - can do basic yoga/exercises or just have some space to sit with friends

- pretty quiet area with lots of food spots nearby
- 25 minutes to NYU, 19 minutes to columbia
- near the columbus circle station (1, a, c, e, d) and the 57th street/7th avenue station (r, w, q, n)
- 6 minute walk to whole foods & deutsche bank center, 8 minute walk to target
- no laundry in building but theres several laundromats nearby. I use one thats an 8 min walk from the apt
- looking for a female subletter only! also looking for someone who will keep the place clean and in good condition! my roommate and I have a cleaning schedule and we like to keep our common areas well-organized.
