Private bedroom available for sublet in a 2-bedroom apartment. The room is part of a current lease that runs until 10/26. We are looking for someone responsible and stable to take over one spot on the lease. The other roommate is an responsible male. Subletter would be taking the master bedroom, at the furthest end of the hall. We are in the process of moving, so updated pictures will be sent after boxes are moved out and most of our belongings are packed up.

Our landlord requires the following for sublet approval:

$250 application/sublet fee

Background check

Approval/signature from current roommates

Income verification/Two most recent paystubs

Move-In Timeline:

Ideally looking for someone to start as soon as approved, but flexible depending on your availability. We are looking to move out in January and have been touring new homes, but we need a subletter before we can move in. Our roommate has a job but will be in the apartment on weekends.

Bedroom will be unfurnished but the living room will have a couch and tv stand.

Lease runs until October, with option to renew directly with landlord- minimum of 12 months.

Someone respectful, clean, and responsible with rent and shared spaces. Great for a working professional or student.
