After the initial term, there is an option to renew for a 12-month lease. In-unit washer and dryer. Monthly parking is available in the neighborhood, typically around ~$300/month for most garages and lots. The apartment is not furnished, and the website didnt give the option to say no. South Loop/Printers Row neighborhood, the website didnt give these options either.
