Hey everyone!
Im looking for a subleaser to take over my room in a 4 bedroom house in South Boulder starting mid-December or January. The lease goes until August 31st of 2026. You will have a private room, a lovely shared space, a shared garage and outdoor shed for storage purposes, and a backyard with gardening spaces you can utilize. Rent is $920/month plus utilities. We have air conditioning and central heating.
The house is within walking distance of many trails near the Flat Irons and NCAR. We are also located near bus stops. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. There are currently 3 other people who live here, all guys, who are quiet and mostly keep to themselves. One works from home during the week.
