Hello! My name is Sofia and I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment while I am home for the summer. The lease would start June 1st, 2026, but the end date is very flexible. I would be looking to move in August 30th so the end date would need to be before then. Rent would be $975 a month not including certain utilities (Wifi, gas, electricity, and TV) (utilities shouldnt be that much more, roughly $50-$100 a month). You will not have to pay for water or parking. My landlord is asking for a security deposit of one month of rent. You will also be living with two other awesome and super chill 20 year old girls. They are very quiet and kind and would be very willing to help out with any questions or concerns that may arise while living here. There is a shared bathroom but you would have your own room. The apartment is two floors. The first floor has a kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathroom, and the second floor has the three bedrooms.
