Hello! Due to moving in with my partner prior to my lease end date, Im looking to transfer my lease. The room is downstairs, across from one other room, the bathroom, and the garage, making it feel very private and cozy. It comes with a wardrobe. Utilities rarely pass over 118 a month. It says no pets allowed, but service or ESAs are, and if you have an ESA kitty like me, they will love the large shelf that runs across the windows.
