hey! Im looking for someone to take over my lease for a bedroom in a 2BR/2BA at Collins Preserve Apartments. Rent is $820/month (plus water and electricity). The lease ends July 22, 2026, and move-in by the end of this month. Youd be sharing the apartment with one female roommate, shes a doctor resident and very friendly. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and in a great location with full access to all community amenities. This is a lease takeover, not a sublease.
