This is a beautiful place. Sucky that it doesnt come with laundry but the location well makes up for no laundry. Being a quick 12 minute walk to any building on campus and a beautiful parking lot that can fit 6 cars. Over my 5 months of living here I have enjoyed my time with my friendly roommate. The lease ends in August. Could take over the lease coming January. With more than enough time to be prepared for classes coming second semester. The utilities are not included so the Monthly rent is 300$ a month and utilities are about 80 a month. Making the monthly rent down to 400$ a month. Which is quite a steal for the location.
