Looking to SUBLET 1 bright and spacious bedroom, in my 2-bedroom condo unit from December 15, 2025 to February 28, 2026, to quiet, tidy, respectful, mature female. The unit includes in-suite laundry, dishwasher, air conditioning, and full kitchen appliances. Shared spaces feature a dining table, sofa bed, and plenty of natural light. If you want TV or Wi-Fi, youll need to bring your own.
Your private bedroom has large windows, a wide closet, a white desk, and an optional double bunk bed frame (with/without mattress). Youll primarily use the main bathroom, which is shared only occasionally with visitors. Theres one parking spot (included in rent) and access to shared bike racks in the parking garage.
Rent is $1200/month (open to negotiating), plus hydro (approx. $40$60/month total, split evenly). Renters insurance is required for your belongings. Please use your own bathroom cleaning and laundry supplies.
The condo is kept very clean and organised, so following cleaning schedule is a must; no dishes left in the sink, and all shared areas (including floors) should be maintained in a tidy state. For safety & security reasons, I prefer someone who doesnt have guests over too often, and whose visitors are respectful of my condo and the neighbours. Cleanliness, good communication, and a calm vibe are important to me.
