This short-term-rental studio is ideal if you cant sign up for a one months and years fixed term contract
but you need a place for a short term only.

International - Exchange students / Working holidayers / Short-term visitors are all welcome to stay here.

The rent is 350,000 KRW per week(50,000 KRW per day), and all the expenses such as management fee, utilities, wifi, etc, are included.
The amount of deposit 100,000 KRW per week. (Rent duration also negotiable)

* If my schedule is available, i can support pick-up, drop-off, and tour guides.

* Public Transport : Just 5 mins from Cheongnyangni Station, and others(5 Subway stations)

As this is a short-term rental space and not a lodging business (Not air_bnb)
No smoking, no pets, and no parties allowed
1-person basis, up to can stay (need to talk about more person, but not enough space)

Just luggage Storage also POSSIBLE for your tour in Korea (with cheap price)
