This large bedroom is in its own corner of the house with a shared bathroom and individual sinks. The sublease dates are flexible but ideally January through May/June 2026. The house is an 8-minute walk to Ross, 2 minute walk to campus gym and hockey arena, and a 10 minute walk to basketball arena. The room is fully furnished with dresser, bed, closet, desk, lights, windows, and nightstand. House Perks: in-unit washer and dryer, fast WiFi, each roommate gets their own sink, porch with seating, large kitchen with brand new gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
