Looking for someone to take over my lease (lease substitution) until end of June 2026 starting end of January/early February. If you want to resign you can for the next year. The rent is $1105. Utilities/electricity are separate (avg $100) per month. There is an additional $88~ water bill per month. Laundry is in basement. In a very residential area in Capitol Hill near Miller park and very close to main part of Capitol Hill. There is free street parking (but need to check Seattle street schedule rules on your own).This is also great for someone who works at Amazon since the 8 bus goes directly to SLU. Additionally, Safeway is like a 5 min walk, Trader Joes around 15 min walk, etc. No pets allowed.
