Hey peoples, I am looking for someone to take over my lease(January-July, with the option to renew) in a clean apartment. You will get a private bedroom and a bathroom. The place also comes completely furnished with a desk, dresser, and bed. The community is also gated so it is very safe and this unit is on the second floor so there are no bug issues. There will be 3 other people roommates that are respectful and very easy going. We have clear boundaries and none of us have caused any discomfort to each other.
