Move in: Can be any day after the start of the new year.

Location: 3615 Cherokee St NW, 5 minute drive from campus, bikeable if you want. Close to all major service spots. Gated community, very private.Bus accessible: Very. Bus to campus comes once every 15 minutes.
Furnished: bed & mattress, desk & chair, and an additional table in your room. Two dressers and a full-size closet.
Maintenance: done by complex typically same day. Very responsive to fixing problems if any arise.
Amenities: In-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen, full pool, tanning beds, study areas, fantastic complex gym, patio space for each unit, green area, lots of parking at all times, disability friendly, trash taken by complex once a day
Pet friendly: Yes, but confer with roommates firstRoommates: 4x4, all male, common areas remain relatively clean, very friendlyThis IS an official lease takeover.
