We are subletting our Old Town apartment for February 1st (possible sooner if the applicant reaching out quickly). We just bought a home and will be moving, otherwise we love living here! It is a 740 sq ft 1br/1ba apartment in a building called The Montauk. It is a beautiful 6 story building across from Second City, Old Town Ale House and 1 block from North ave and Wells. Its in the heart of old town, easy to walk to restaurants, bars, Lincoln Park, etc.

Our Current Lease runs to 6/7/26 and you will be assuming the remainer of the lease with the ability to sign a new lease after, if you like the apartment. Any applicant will have to be approved by The Montauk screening process. There is no security deposit required.

We pay a total of $3200ish total. Electric bills have been around $40 a month in the winter, $65 a month in the summer.
