Hello. This is a room for rent in a 2x2 condo. Utilities included. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Upstairs unit. In the complex there are 2 pools and a gym. The room for rent is furnished as shown. Private bathroom. No smoking, no pets, no overnight guests. We are looking for a calm, quiet, friendly person to rent the room. We keep to ourselves and value privacy, will not bother you. A calm and private living space. Neighbors arent loud, patio is to greenery and not to the road or anything. Parking is street parking only, but the complex is at the end of a suburb (lots is spaces). Deposit is flexible!
