Kitchen is small but complete with a 4-range stove, full-sized fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. Bathroom is full tub with great water pressure shower.

Everything will be taken off the bookcase so you can use the space as you wish. And I will replace everything on the desk with a spare monitor. (If your life would be suddenly complete if you had my above average gaming rig and wheel and can finally get your Assetto Corsa Rally times to a respectable place, then we can work something out. Otherwise, youll have a PS4 with one controller that Ill leave behind and big a TV and many DVDs.)

Oh and the carpet is starting to get worn. I think itd be better without it. So you can let me know your preference after you come see the apartment.

I would prefer someone who wants to stay long term (6 months+.) Id be able to offer higher discounts the longer you stay.
