Im looking for someone to sublet my apartment until the lease ends on April 18th. Rent is $1050 + utilities but Ill subsidize some of the rent and only charge $850/month. It is a studio at a converted motel and has a gate around the property with a remote to get onto the property. Apartment is currently furnished with everything youd need to move in. Bed, couch, table, tv and kitchen supplies.
