Sunny Studio Apartment in Lakeview for $1120 (includes water and gas). Very close to the Red/Brown/Purple line! I am subletting this apartment from February 1st till April 15. It is not open to renew further!

I LOVE living here but I have to move due to work. The apartment is in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood and everything is within walking distance. Target, Starbucks, groceries, Marshalls, A film theatre and CVS are 7 minutes walk away. Boystown is 10 minutes walk away and this is 30 minutes from the Loop. Its a cat-friendly building at no extra pet free! There is in-building laundry and the Landlord is so nice! The utilities dont go beyond 70 per month. The apartment comes furnished (for a one time fee). There is no parking.

The only catch: the brown line is located close by so you may hear the train, but I AM BEING HONEST, its never been a problem for me, my friends, or my cat!

There is a security deposit which you get back after the lease, and Ive sublet this place before and its been very safe and convenient.
