This is a semi-private space (due to the shared laundry room) w/ a private entrance into the lower level of an owner occupied single family home. The guest suite accommodates two, w/ dedicated work spaces, televisions & a comfy queen size bed. There is a kitchenette that is equipped w/ a coffee maker, Air fryer, Blender, toaster, crockpot, dishes & microwave. There is also a private bathroom w/ a spa-style rainfall shower & wand.

Street Parking available. Close access to I-280 to NYC. Close proximity to Highland and Orange NJTransit train Stations into NYC. Free shuttle bus to trains to NYC @ South Orange NJTransit Station. 38 min train ride into NYC. 20 min Uber ride to Newark Airport.
