Utilities not included in rent. The apartment is fully furnished. Including a closet/bookshelf, bed frame and mattress and desk, as well as a TV, kitchen table and couch. No deposit needed, and it will be available on Jan 7th when I move out but come early in the morning so I can give you the key.
