Just a 4-minute walk (700 ft) from the Mission Park Green Line stop and close to Northeastern Universityperfect for students. Rent is $1,352.49/month per person. The apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer, a full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, and sink. The living room is presently furnished; we have a faux leather couch and chair, a dining table with stools, and a coffee table setup. Water Heat (and Pressure) is never an issue, and the roommates are quiet, respectful and focused on their studies. I like the cut of their jib. My roommates dont smoke. But if youre a smoker, they dont mind you smoking indoors now and then. In conclusion, this place is pretty nice, and convenient!
