Kitchen is ideal for cooking with family and hosting friends. Step right out the back onto a large deck for fresh air and stairs down to the tree-filled backyard (shared with lovely downstairs neighbors).

3 bedrooms upstairs: One large one with plants and office space, a second large one facing the backyard, and a smaller middle room with a skylight. 2 full bathrooms- one with a tub-and a washer/dryer!

Art Studio! We recently moved into this large place so we converted the front room into an art studio where we have been running neighborhood art classes, drawing nights, etc. Wed love to keep that going, so happy to negotiate the rent if anyone wants to be a bit of a studio manager for a couple of months too.

We are hoping to rent our apartment to those that will love it and take care of it (and be respectful of our neighbors!).
