Hi all, I am looking for someone WashU-affiliated to sublease my room(s) in our apartment of four from mid-January to May (or some months in between). The apartment and rooms are fully furnished. Washer and dryer are in-unit, full kitchen, and free parking. Everything is newly renovated as of last summer, just off the Delmar Loop, and right next to the WashU Lewis Collaborative shuttle stop. Rent for the smaller room is $700/month and rent for the larger room is $850 (both include utilities). Willing to negotiate!
