Im looking to sublease my room in my apartment, it is a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. There is 2 other people living here along with a guest room. Laundry is in unit along with a full kitchen with dishwasher. Rent is $635 a month not including utilities. If you go thru the Monroe apartments it will but $739 a month. WiFi is included in rent, but water, electricity and heat is separate. The apartment is fully furnished. Willing to set up a tour of the apartment.
