Januarys rent will be free if you take on the lease and half of February will be taken care of.

The apartment is at Torre Student Living, unit 1212, and my unit is a 2 bed 1 bath shared space with amenities included. The other roommates have a private bed and bath.

I have graduated with 6 months left on my lease and I need someone to take it over and this is not a sublease but a full lease take over.

Lease ends on July 31st.
