You have to be a uOttawa student or be approved by the housing team. If youre subleasing its for 4 months (May - August). If you are a full-time student who will pick up their full-time studies in the fall, you can take over the lease and continue to live in the residence. The apartment has a nice view, in-unit laundry, private bathrooms for each person, a fully equipped kitcehn (dishwasher and microwave included), a TV and small gym area on the ground floor of the building. Its also fully furnished. Id be willing to negotiate the rent but thats what the university is charging me. Id be open to do a viewing and show you around. There are 3 units available, the 4th room is occupied by another roommate who will stay there.
