Hi everyone!! I just got responsible and am looking to sublease my apartment at the Grove to a female. It has a private bedroom and bathroom with two other chill and clean roommates. It has plenty of space with a large closet and is a good place to live. It is already furnished, has good maintenance, a shuttle to Campus, and a 24 hour gym.
Rent would be $525 per month and would include all utilities, renters insurance, fees, etc. January is already paid for and the lease would run until July 21, 2026.
