Im subleasing my bb from March 1st until the end of August and am preferably looking for a female tenant.
The unit is on the 40th floor with amazing views. It includes a private bedroom and private bathroom, plus a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. Youll be sharing the apartment with one female roommate in her early 20s who is currently studying at TMUvery respectful and easygoing.
Rent: $1,500 CAD per month
First and last month required (details can be discussed)
