My son is looking to relet his room (males only) at The Beacon Apartments down the street from KSU Marietta Campus and Life University. Short term lease: January- end of July 2026. New fully furnished 4x4 with private bedroom and bathroom with shared living room and kitchen. Includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Roommates also attend KSU and never had any issues.
He loved it at The Beacon, but changed his major and will no longer have classes at the Marietta campus. He already moved out so it is move-in ready. Thanks!
