The place is on Riviera Drive in Crown Point, right on Mission Bay. Youd be getting the master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet, $2,200/month + utilities (usually around $100 total for WiFi and electric). Your room would come unfurnished.

The unit includes your own covered parking spot in a gated garage. The building only has 12 units, so its quiet and not a large complex. Photos show the room and the bay views from the apartment.

Im planning to move to Encinitas, and the lease runs through end of April, so youd take over the final two months and then renew for 12 months with my current roommate (14 months total). Option to just do 2 months though.

Roommate is a clean, respectful working professional. Hes social and not home that often.
