Im looking for someone to take over the lease of an apartment on the first floor of Solaris House, a luxury apartment complex that is two minutes walking distance from The Domain. It includes a wide range of amenities like 24hr concierge, gym, pool, recreation areas, coworking spaces, a dog washing station, park areas, delivery lockers, and so on.

It was $2214, but Im happy to rent it out for $1500 or thereabouts. Because I have to leave town soon for work, and I dont want to leave it empty
