I am subleasing a spacious bedroom with a large closet within an apartment. Water is included in rent. There are two roommates, each having their own room, and they are very respectful and considerate. The kitchen is large and there is a furnished living room space. This apartment is right near the Tufts campus, making it a very convenient location. Laundry is located downstairs in the basement.
