Hello! I am looking for a young, female professional housemate who is clean and respectful to take over a bedroom in a beautifully renovated home in Troy Hill. The kitchen, bathroom, etc. is a communal space shared with two other roommates. This is a open minded friendly safe space with 2 cats as well!

There is a parking spot behind the house and street parking as shown in the pictures.

Rent is $850 including all utilities (electricity, gas, water, etc.). There is central AC and the washer and dryer are on the first floor.

The room will be available end of January/ beginning of February 2026. The lease is flexible and will be a month-to-month contract.
