Im looking for someone to take over my lease at The Cove at The Retreat East. Its a private bedroom with a private bathroom in a fully furnished apartment.

The unit has a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and high-speed internet. The community has a pool, gym, clubhouse, and study areas. Parking available.

Ill cover the $500 sublet/transfer fee, so you wont have to pay that.
