University Suites - Bedroom/Bath + Common Spaces in 4 Bed Townhome
This listing is for a one bedroom unit (includes private bathroom/shower) inside a four bedroom townhome apartment at University Suites. I am looking to sublet my space during the summer since I will be working a summer internship outside the Raleigh area. In addition to the bedroom, the future resident will have access to the units common spaces: fully furnished kitchen, living room, and laundry facilities. The apartment windows face a wooded area and there is a large patio. By subletting, you will also have access to the community clubhouse, gym, pool, volleyball and basketball courts, and more. You can learn more about University Suites and the room amenities at the University Suites website: www.usuitesraleigh.com. Note that we have a renovated 4 bedroom room.

Please keep in mind that this lease price includes all utilities (water, electricity, and internet). You will temporarily take over ownership and complete an official application with the University Suites office. Note that there is a one time $250 application fee, but I will pay the fee for you. I am also flexible about prorating.

My bedroom and bathroom, along with the common areas, are regularly vacuum, mopped, and wiped down each week, along with occasional deep cleaning. In other words, they have been well taken care of and will be in good condition when you move in. Please be aware that University Suites holds you responsible for any
damage done to the bedroom once the lease contract is over. Also, I will be taking most of my belongings in the bedroom with me, but I am open to negotiate some items. The bedroom does come with a desk and shelves built in, along with a provided dresser.

I currently have three other male roommates, but I am not sure yet if they will even be here for the summer or sublet. However, they are all very clean, quiet, and respectful and know that they would pick someone similar to sublet to.
