I am seeking a tenant or tenants to sublet a 3 bed / 2.5 townhome - starting on or around July 1, 2026 - to take over the remainder of my lease.

You will have the ability to just stay through the end of the lease (ending October 6, 2026) - or agree to renew via a notice that will go out around August 6, 2026.

You will need to have a background / credit check and sign a lease addendum.
