The apartment itself come with a kitchen and cooking facilities, 1 bathroom, laundry machines, a spacious living room (furnished with couches and a TV), and 4 bedrooms. However, this sublet inquiry is only for 1 of the 4 bedrooms. The bedroom currently for lease is quite spacious and includes a large closest and window, it also comes fully furnished with a bed frame, side table, desk, desk chair, and coat rack.
When it comes to rent payments utilities are not included.
