Im subletting my beautiful apartment (my bedroom only) as I have to move out for opportunity, bedroom fits a queen size bed comfortably along withe a desk and a dresser, the apartment is spacious, Garden unit with full height ceiling, it comes with parking INCLUDED!! And Laundry just in the back. Current roommate is a male mid 40s has a 9-5 job and doesnt have a lot of guests over, very respectful and clean..the current lease expires by the end of August with a possibility for renewal grab it while you can!!
