Hello! Because of my roommates visa complications, we are last minute looking for someone to fill a room in our apartment. Were open to a February sublet to buy us some more time to find the right fit for a permanent person. For a sublet, we could also negotiate the price a bit.
We have the bottom 3 floors of a beautiful, spacious row house at the border of prospect heights/crown heights. Great neighborhood, quiet street, less than a mile from prospect park, around the corner from the C and ~13 minutes to the G (clinton/washington). This bedroom is the only one on this floor, has a private bathroom, bedroom and hallway closet, and fireplace mantle.
The apartment features a yard, a washer/dryer, basement/storage, a front patio, exposed brick, hardwood floors, and a kitty named sasha :)
