Im renting out my room in a lovely house in Churchtown while Im away for the next few months (available ASAP until June dates flexible).
The house is spacious and comfortable, with 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a shared living room. The vibe is very friendly and relaxed my housemates are all lovely easy going working professionals, and its a genuinely homely place to live.

Safe, quiet area
Lidl and SuperValu both about 10 minutes walk
The room would be ideal for a easy going working professional, exchange/Erasmus student, or anyone looking for a short-term stay in a cosy, welcoming house with nice people.
