Ill be traveling soon and am therefore looking for someone to take over my cozy 2.5-room apartment in Bern from March.

The exact move-in date would be March 1st, but this is flexible and we can discuss it. If you are looking for something long-term, there is even the possibility of taking over the main lease later.

Location: Weissensteinstrasse (xx), 3007 Bern (ground floor, with access to the garden, laundry room, and bicycle storage)
Apartment: 2.5-room apartment, approx. 50 m, fully furnished (living/dining area, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom)
Shared garden quiet, cozy, and still centrally located

Location highlights:

a few minutes walk to tram & bus stops

about 10 minutes walk to the Aare River

about 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by tram to Bern main station

Rent: CHF 1,360 per month (additional costs approx. CHF 130)
