Hello! I am looking for 1 roommate for our 2-bed/2-bath apartment in a quiet and safe neighborhood in North Knox. My current roommate is moving out of state, so Im hoping for someone to take her place until a new roommate moves in.

-Dates: Mid May - end of July (flexible)
-2 bed 2 bath: You will get a private bedroom, a private bath, with a spacious walk-in closet.
-$805 rent + utilities split 1/2 (about $100 per person)
-Washer and Dryer in the unit
-15 min drive to downtown/UT
-Quick 2 min drive to major grocery stores (e.g., Kroger, Walmart, and Aldi)
