Looking for a short term place to stay in Pasadena? Instead of locking yourself into a year-long lease (the norm in this area) or an overpriced sublet rate, we have a fully furnished, one bedroom (plus one bedroom used as an office) apartment in a very, very desirable part of Pasadena available from March 1st through August 1st
The location is central but out of the Old Town mess. Quiet, strictly non-smoking complex with dozens of restaurants (including an excellent pizzeria) within easy walking distance. Tons of shops, markets, and services nearby as well Trader Joes, Target, gyms, yoga studios, power Pilates, culinary schools, Pasadena Playhouse, movie theaters, banks, etc. CalTech is only a 15 minute walk as well. When I moved here, I got rid of my car because everything I needed could be reached on foot. That is a real luxury in Los Angeles!
Included in the price are gas, water, high-speed internet, and trash. The only utility you will be responsible for is electric. Theres also a big-screen TV with built in Samsung TV and Roku programming. Great for streaming your Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other video services to the television. The bedroom includes a very comfortable, King size bed, a separate air conditioner, and a wall-mounted TV. Theres a large kitchen and a small dining area adjacent to the main living space. Air conditioner for main living space as well.
