Open to discussing potentially selling some of the furniture to leave behind! Security deposit is 800$, and is refunded upon move out! There are 2 washers and dryers on the 1st floor, only 1.25$ a load used through an app called clear token! Its in a great location! Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and public transportation!
