We are moving away from Chicago and are looking for someone to take over the rest of our lease. We are looking for a mid-April move-in, and the lease currently runs through mid-July. The building has been very flexible and reasonable with renewals (Golub managed), and we have truly loved living in our building and unit. Amenities include an outdoor terrace with pool and jacuzzi, grilling area, dog walk, a well equipped gym, and attached parking for addl fee. Unit has washer/dryer, central A/C, and has amazing views of the Chicago skyline to the south (from the balcony!) and sunset to the west. Building is pet friendly, and the Washington park a block away is a dogs paradise. Unit will be unfurnished. The $6,450 monthly rent includes A/C, heat, gas and amenities.
