Though it does list as not ADA accessible I should mention that the building is ADA compliant, but due to the layout of this particular apartment, every roommate walks up a flight of stairs to our respective rooms. Utilities with the exception of electric are included, and our wifi is great other than some extreme wind storms we have had. The building is just one block from a King County Metro stop that the 3 & 4 both run along, creating really ample access to downtown.
