Hi, my name is Devin. I will be in Boston this summer for an internship from June to August 18th. I am looking for someone who can rent each month that Im gone. The apartment is in a house on the third floor. There is another room on the floor, which is my roommates. He will be there over the summer. The third floor has a bathroom which is shared with my roommate, as well as the washer and dryer, so you can wash your clothes on your floor. The kitchen is shared with the floor below. It has everything you need. The first floor is a studio apartment, so you dont have to worry about them. They also control the wifi in the house, which I can give you the password to. The house is located in the heart of Pittsburgh, off campus. You can walk to campus in less than 10 minutes. There is food right around the corner, the park is right behind our house, and the bus lines are walkable. The room is pretty big, there are two closets that come with the unit as well as my dresser. My bed will also be in the room, queen-sized, and there is also room for storage under the bed.
