The apartment is located in the heart of Istanbul, 10 minutes walking distance to Taksim Square, subway and bus stations, shopping centers, and hundreds of restaurants, bars.
It is located in a quiet residential area just next to the historical buildings of the Vatikan Embassy. The neighborhood offers all the necessary comforts for the stay: pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets, hairdressers, and restaurants.

The apartment is comfortably furnished with everything you could possibly need for your stay in Istanbul. There are AIR CONDITIONING, heating and continuous hot water in the apartment.

BEDROOM has a double bed(sleeps 2), wardrobe, nightstand, hairdryer, and night lamp. LIVING ROOM: Open plan living room/small kitchen, sofa bed (sleeps 1), and Satellite TV. KITCHEN: Apartment facilities include an integrated fully furnished kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, Kettle/water-boiler, and modern furnishings throughout.

Services: WI-FI Broadband Internet access is available throughout the entire apartment for free. We provide fresh bed linens and towels upon your arrival. You can also get a cleaning service for your entire apartment for each cleaning including fresh bed linens and towels.

Check-In: We will wait for your checking to hand over your keys in our office inside the building, sign your contract and give you an orientation for your apartment, building, and neighborhood.

About Us

We have been offering short and long-term accommodations in two of our buildings since 2003. All our apartments are designed in such a way that you can come with your luggage and start living immediately. The majority of our guests are white-collar workers, friendly students, and ex-pats.
